To answer some of your questions, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering IDX in conjunction with Wolfnet.
At this time, we are only able to offer IDX in the areas in which Wolfnet currently operates. Expanding our IDX coverage in the future, particularly in the case of Canada, is a priority for Point2 and we hope to have good news on this front in the near future.
IDX is on it’s way, and we just wanted to let you know! Full details regarding pricing and more will be coming very soon. However, I can tell you that the price will be highly competitive
And for REALTORS who currently get a Syndication Dashboard for free through their MLS? Should we contact our MLS to find out more?

I use Wolfnet now and it is 23.50 a month which is 13.50 for the IDX and 10.00 for the MapTracks feature (search by map) this includes a lead capture sign up. Hopefully P2 will beat that price
My other websites all pull listings from our MLS for no additional fee. Because you don’t pull my listings and others in this area, I haven’t promoted this web site as much as my others. I’m assuming this is what you mean by IDX. Why the extra fee??
I have wolfnet right now. Will this replace that and will the cost be lower through you?
Will it be Wolfnet’s “off the shelf” solution or something that integrates more directly into Point2?
We presently have IDX as part of the MLS. Will it be different with Point 2? What is the fee?
Is this IDX going to be available to MLS’s where I IDX choice is limited to what the broker allows. Has anyone approached those MLS’s? Thanks

What about in Texas? I use syndication with Z-57 website but our local board NTREIS does not use Wolfnet anymore. Will I still be able to get it?
I too do not promote our Point2Agent site since it isn’t linked to the mls, so this will be a good feature. Unfortunately it sounds like a delay to Canada. I do have to approach our board on the syndication dashboard option to see if they would link it. I pay them a separate $20 per month fee which may cover it that way.

Nice to have some new features added. However, as a standard user with what started as a free site that now costs $19.95/mo, included enhancements are way overdue! I’m still waiting for you to honor the blogging platform that was initially announced for all subscribers.

This IS great news as we are paying a chunk to get IDX on their now and the company we are using keeps screwing up our account!
I was thinking of giving up my Point2 site because of not have an IDX link. I will wait to see what you offer. I need it asap and at a low cost. I already pay $50/mo for my Professional Point2 site. I have another site that costs the same but provides the IDX link.
I talked with the Dayton Board of Realtors in Ohio. They said that they have not given permission for Point2agent to use their IDX yet your site list them as one we can use. Where do we stand. $59/month is a little high.
@Michael – Point2 IDX is provided by WolfNet. So, the list of MLSs we’ve provided here, includes all MLSs that WolfNet has agreements set up with. Individual MLSs and Associations may have their own rules or restrictions. Perhaps check with your Board again, letting them know that Point2 IDX is provided by WolfNet and see what they say.
