There has been a lot of hub-bub in the last year about the pros and cons of listing syndication. In order to stay at the fore-front of listing accuracy and integrity, Point2 has introduced a new listing distribution policy for all of our partners. Without getting into the technical nitty-gritty, this policy effectively limits what publishing partners can do with the data (aka listings) that we send their way.
