Please join me in welcoming the first organization from Utah to the growing list of MLSs and Associations from all across North America.

If you’re a Point2 Agent member belonging to Washington County Board of REALTORS®, you’ll be able to automatically import your listings directly from your MLS to your Point2 Agent site.  To do this you’ll just need to link your newly provided Syndication Dashboard to your existing Point2 Agent account.  It’s super easy to do, and you can find step-by-step instructions in our User Manual.

We’ve been busy with new MLSs and Associations coming on board.  Your organization could be next.  Contact your MLS/Association and let them know you want Point2 Listing Syndication.  You can refer them to the contact form at www.listingsyndication.com to request more information from us.

Under the deal, CRMLS member association brokers and agents will be able to automate the process of posting listings on Point2’s national listing syndication network, which includes approximately 50 of the web’s highly prolific and popular real estate consumer websites and search engines, while maintaining full, cascading control and choice over syndication destinations, by the MLS or Association, the broker and, even on a listing by listing basis, the listing agent, at no charge.

We’ve got amazing musicians, talented photographers, skilled scrap-bookers, and I’m sure there’s a dog whisperer or two around here somewhere.

I can’t even snap my fingers or whistle.  But, I do like a good show and that’s what we’ve got today at Point2 – courtesy of two of our very own DJ’s.

So, let me introduce our entertainment for this Friday afternoon:

Jay Pepper-Martens, the Sales Engineering Team Lead here at Point2, has been mixing since 1999 and writing his own music for just as long.  (You can follow him on Twitter @djaii23.)

And, Nick James, one of our handy Jr. Systems Administrators, has been mixing for 7 years and is the Resident Special Events DJ at 302 Lounge here in Saskatoon.

If you’re familiar with electronic music you might know that there are different types of electronica, each with its own flavor and vibe.  Jay mixes tech-house, electro, and trance.  Nick usually plays club and house.

In case you’re not familiar with electronic music, I’ve included a little video of music styles similar to Jay and Nick so you can have a listen.

I love Fridays.  What better way to make a Friday even more awesome than with an impromptu show from some of our talented team members.

Point2 will be at NARdiGras 2010 on November 5th-8th.  We are looking forward to seeing many of our long-time friends, clients, and contacts – and hope to make some new friends too.
