That is why today we are proud to announce the latest initiative in our quest for data accuracy in Listing Syndication – MLS Certified.

mls certified 300x168 Introducing: MLS Certified Driving Higher Standards In Property DataThe program, launched beginning with the state of Texas will feature the MLS Certified™ logo on Realtors’ listings received from local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organizations and associations and displayed on the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR) website.

A symbol of authority, quality and accuracy, MLS Certified™ is designed to instill in consumers the confidence that they are browsing original, timely and accurate real estate listings originating from the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

We take a listing feed from the MLS and then go to work, syndicating listings on behalf of the Association members to our large syndication network.  Point2 Agent pushes out all the listings in the MLS for maximum exposure.

The potential to never have to enter your listings more than once is a very possible reality if your MLS joins Point2.  You’d enter your listings at your MLS and they would be automatically imported to your Point2 Agent account, and syndicated for you.  Of course, you would still maintain complete control over where your listings are displayed and receive the stats and leads generated from all syndication partner sites.

Point2 has a ton of information available about how Point2 Agent works for your MLS and we would be happy to provide this to your MLS freely.
