This award – going on its sixth year – is compiled by the makers of Canada’s annual “Top 100 Employers” list and aims to recognize our province’s best places to work.

Award recipients are chosen based on such criteria as work atmosphere, health benefits, community involvement, and performance management.

Other award recipients this year include world-class organizations such as Cameco and the staff’s favorite football team, The Saskatchewan Roughriders; so being honored along side them is truly a humbling experience for everyone.

When asked about the award, company president Barry Willick had this to say:

“An engaged and motivated workforce has always been one of Point2’s most important priorities, and we are committed to constantly improving how we do things…The Top Employer designation is a great reflection of our commitment to our employees, and mostly a reflection of employee feedback, participation and leadership on many of our creative programs.”
