Every so often we announce new syndication partners and give you a brief overview of who they are and what they do. I had a look at our current list of partners, and it seems to have grown yet again.

Your Listings, On The Tube

We’ve got a special treat for our Canadian and American members today!

We are happy to announce not just one, but two brand new syndication partners – one catering specifically to each country.

These two new partners: RealtyShowcase.tv (US exclusive) and RealEstateChannel.ca (Canada exclusive) should already be available as syndication partners within your Point2 Agent account.

So what is new and exciting about these syndication partners? Well besides offering consumers a terrific search experience for homes, commercial property, or even house boats (I kid you not), both sites offer Google Streetview, as well as WalkScore information integration.

However, I think the best feature is the unique ability to take your listing photos and create a professional television ad for your listings; a great feature that is sure to wow consumers – I know it sure wow’d us here in the office. Here is an example from here in Saskatoon:

So how does that work exactly? RealtyShowcase.tv or RealEstateChannel.ca will take your Point2 listing photos and combine them with a professional voice-over of the listing details to create a 30-second TV spot and then do all the work of getting it to air for you.

Announcing THREE New Syndication Partners

We might only be eleven days into the new year, but Point2 is happy to announce that we’ve added THREE brand new syndication partners – which brings our network to a total of 42 live partners!

So just who are these new additions that your listings will be zipping off to, should you so choose? Well in order to get acquainted, here is a quick synopsis of what each has to offer:

Exactly as the name suggests, CampusHomesOnline focuses on – you guessed it – homes in close proximity to campuses around the United States. The brainchild of Real Estate virtual assistance Renee Crabtree, this niche property portal lets users search by institution to find the properties for sale or rent nearby.

Besides being one of the only search portals to utilize Facebook Connect as a means of logging in, searching with GoListNow couldn’t be easier! Simply enter your zip code or city and get an instant influx of listings. You can even sort by “most popular” or “recently added”.

As the landing page for Repeat Property states, the site “is all about making connections”. Users have access to a wealth of tools to help make connections with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. Among them, the ability to create a network of other users of the site, save & share listings to special folders, and alerts from buyers outlining what they are looking for in a property.
